Veteran’s Day
Veteran’s day is dedicated to world peace and to the memory of all veterans. On 1919, after World War I ended, President Wilson declared November 11, Armistice Day. Congress later changed the name to Veteran’s day in order to honor all men and women who served in the armed forces.
