National Parks Research Guide

      You are a Park Ranger . You work together with a special partner in one of the National Parks in the United States . Tourist season is about to begin and people from all over the world will be trying to decide which National Park to visit this year!!

    As a Park Ranger , you would like to promote YOUR park and help people learn more about it. Your job assignment, along with your partner, is to make a Power Point presentation to attract new visitors to your park. You will post your Power Point presentation to the Internet so that people all over the world will be able to learn more about the special, unique features of your National Park!!

Be sure to include the following items in your presentation:

•  Name and location of park

•  A brief history of the park

•  Climate and land features of the park

•  Special activities available to tourists

•  Pictures and maps
