Loper
Stephen Loper is a Special Education teacher who has been teaching
at the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Complex since it has opened.
He received his Bachlor's at Juniata College, a Masters at Villanova
University, and an EdD. in Early and Middle Childhood at Nova Southeastern
University.
The Star W training will give me a great opportunity to learn
about technology. I plan to incorporate the use of technology to
improve my students writing and reading.
