If Christopher Columbus asked you to take that first voyage with him, would you go?

Why or why not?

What thoughts do you think went through Christopher's mind and his crew mates during the voyage?  Remember they were on the voyage for more than a month. What fears might they have encountered?  How do you think they felt when they finally saw land?
