What a great day!
We have been writing autobiographies for about a week. Today
I made a page with links to help them find out what happened the
year they were born. They are finding what shows won Emmy
awards, Oscar awards, sport awards, and other important things about
the United States. Some of my kids were born in 1994 and they
had to find out who won the World Series. That year there
was no World Series held and they were very curious to find out
why. So, then they linked onto an article and read about the
strike. After they read about it they were very eager to discuss
it and find out more information and talk about what it means to
go on strike. It just lead to whole new avenue. Very
Fun!
